ExO, is a Nigerian born Record Producer, song writer, Singer, Rapper and Mix - mastering Engineer who has been on the scene for quite a while. His musical style hovers around Hip-hop R'n'B fused with Hi-life, funk and Afrobeat. After the Release of his single ‘WOLLOP” In 2016, ExO teamed up with his long-time friend and music colleague Cobhams Asuquo on the "WOLLOP REMIX". Cobhams takes the second verse and lays beautifully warm sonorous adlibs reminiscent of the good old 90's R'n'B.

The song "WOLLOP" is a conscious song that talks about the challenges of being true to your craft. It also encourages one to be resilient never minding nay-sayers. You will be successful eventually and anyone who recognizes great work will appreciate and patronize you. In EXO’s words, “REAL PEOPLE KO MIJE”. It will also interest you to know that the term wollop is a coined language of the phrase HOLD-UP which trended in 2015 after an excerpt of Francis Odegas Nollywood movie went viral.

Amongst EXO’s accolades are works he produced under Knighthouse “FINEST” (Won beri) in 2009, MTN caller tunes titled “BETTER ME” in 2015,  MTN popular caller tune “TOGETHER IN LOVE”. Movie scores In 2017 “ONCE UPON A TIME” (children show) on DSTV and recently 2018 Currently showing at the Cinemas, a full length movie titled “THE EVE”.

ExO promises the release of more singles and subsequently an EP “UNTITLED”, much later in the year. A performance video of his 2016 single WOLLOP is also ready for release on Youtube and other visual platforms. So far ExO hasn’t failed to deliver with quality content filled music.
